I want to start by telling you that the money I spent on my member's package was some of the best money I've ever spent. I have
read the book three times (it's well marked up with highlighter, notes, flags etc.), as well as the How to Tow Safely Guide CD (I printed it up for
easy reference). We have learned so much about safety issues, and things which no RV salesperson told us in our two years of RV
shopping. Although we haven't purchased our RV yet (we're still going back and forth between a trailer coach and a fifth wheel,
which necessitates trading in our SUV for a truck...), we are confident that by using the information in your materials we will be able
to select a safe and suitable RV for what we want to do.
Thanks again for the wonderful information/products which you provide. I do not doubt that this information has prevented many an
accident which might otherwise have occurred due to lack of knowledge by the RV consumer.

Just wanted the entire staff of RV Consumer Group to know how happy I am after reading your materials and having reviewed your
web site and newsletters. What an education. I did not know there were so many important things to know about Motor Homes and
Travel Trailers. I used to own a class "C" 27" Motor Home years ago, and am looking to get back into the RV lifestyle. Had I known
then, what I have learned now, I never would have purchased that Motor Home.
I feel very confident that I can find a "safe" and reliable class C or 5th wheel, and insure that it can be safely balanced and
loaded, before I purchase my next rig. I have used your RV Ratings Guide CD materials to narrow down the choices to only those that are rated the
most safe, reliable and roadworthy. In this way, I will not waste may time looking at anything where risking the safety of
my family may be in question.

I just read your "How to Outwit Any Auto, Truck or RV Dealer Everytime" and found it spot on. I spent a few months inthe mid 60's selling cars and have participated in many of the situations that you outline in "How to outwit...". It is a dog eat dog (buyer) business. However, I must pass on one thing that my father told me many years ago that I have found to be invaluable when dealing with car salesmen. He said that, "When the Old West died, horse thieves and traders did not die with it". It has served me well for many years. Once again I enjoyed the read.

Just wanted to thank you a bazillion times over for the information in the membership package. I worked my way through the Walkaround CD, and
looked up ratings on all the units I've been eyeing. Because of this, I discovered my top choice only has a payload of 743 lbs and a highway control rating of 73. My current front-runner is less expensive, has a payload of 1652 lb and a highway control rating of 90, and as I discovered, when I test drove both, is much more comfortable and fun to drive. Thank you for providing the information that encouraged me to look at an RV that I had not previously considered.
