    All sales, including shipping/handling, are final — no refunds.
    Membership Packages and its downloadable contents are not refundable.
   
    The RV Ratings Guide Licensing Agreement prohibits the sale or transfer of our publication by other vendors, private or commercial. RV Consumer Group will take legal action against such a violation.
